Percy Forced to Retire From Blogging
You've likely heard by now that the SEC, IRS and UFC have each launched an investigation of me. You may have even seen some of the scurrilous attacks against me.

On the advice of counsel, I am ceasing blogging immediately. I've been doing this for exactly one year, so it seems like the right time to focus my efforts elsewhere. I'll probably spend some time scrubbing my entries of possibly inculpatory content, but that's all the blog writing my attorneys will allow for the foreseeable future. If you know of anything incriminating in any of my posts, please let me know!
Anyway, thanks for reading!

This is a sad day for blogging and a sad day for Greensboro. You can count on my for a contribution to the Percy Walker Defense Fund.

Oh Dear Percy, say it isn't so? I have had so much fun coming on and poking fun at the Billionaire every now and then. You are just so full of yourself that I just couldn't resist. Now who else am I going to feel free to go at on the G'boro blogosphere when my rule is not to attack until the other draws first blood? You of course never drew any blood at. No, you managed to offend by just being you. I shall miss terribly. BB

Nooooo!!!!
Say it ain't so, Percy, say it ain't so.
Will we ever find out who you *really* are? And by that I mean what your wants and dreams are, rather than reading your eerily clear vision of the future.
Also, does this mean more time to play World of Warcraft? Be sure to come over to Sentinels Realm, Horde side. Great fund management going on over there.

Percy, how unfortunate for all of us. You can certainly take comfort in the sensitivity of your information network and the prudence of your counsel. I just don't know where I'll turn for the billionaire's perspective so vital in my daily concerns.
I will say I've learned something very important from you: scotch is much better paired with cigars than pizza.
Best Regards

Percy, I understand fully. I was having dinner with Stan (O'Neal ex of Merrill) and he said that you and he would be spending the next 18 months of his non-compete phase and your criminal investigation hatching out plans for a new hedge fund investing in Kurdish securities. Congrats. Also, just wanted to suggest that you seek a 1 billion equity stake from Turkey so they don't overrun northern Iraq while chasing PKK and ruin your new venture. Stay strong!

Sic transit gloria, eh Percy?
Say, you couldn't get Steve Schwarzman, David Rubenstein, and Henry Kravis to retire from public life as well, could you? I mean, if you're gone, what's the point of them carrying on?
Anyway, all I will say is look to 2012. By then, I have a feeling the country will need you.
Asta la vista, baby.

Percy I tried to email you about your office space but I think I got spammed. If that is the case please email me when you are available to show me your office.
By the way you had one hell of a year. Congrats on the blog.

I am surprised that Mr. Sun had nothing to say.

I have just learned of your fate, and approve with a heavy heart. It is better to burn out than to fade away. I party with Neil Young a lot. He loved your blog, and also the clam strips at Libby Hill. Huge tartar sauce guy, Neil. Just slathers it on everything.

The MangaCast team takes a hard look at this week’s new manga, and Ed has the 411 on three new titles from DMP.
The first wave of nominations for the YALSA Great Graphic Novels for Teens list is up, and manga is well represented. I like the range of the list, which includes both Pet Shop of Horrors Tokyo and Japan Ai: A Tall Girl’s Adventures in Japan, two books that are great (as in “awesome!” rather than “an epic for the ages”) in very
