Keeping the Upper Class Classy
Those who attended my recent seminar on Keeping the Upper Class Classy learned that it still isn't acceptable for someone who is truly wealthy to drink Cristal. If an occasion calls champagne, drink Krug or, in a pinch, Dom. In another 10 years or so the stench associated with the mass culture fad of drinking Cristal may be completely dissipated and Cristal will be safe for the wealthy to drink again.
There are similar rules when it comes to drinking bottled water. Bling h2O markets itself as the "Cristal" of bottled water. The word "bling," of course, went out about the same time drinking Cristal did, but I don't think it will ever be acceptable for someone who is truly wealthy to drink it. I assume most of you have an acceptable spring water supply on your mountain property, but if you must drink bottled water, stick with the San Pellegrino, Perrier and Evian.
