The news that an Antigua resident of Texan descent who claims billionaire status (yet isn't listed by Forbes) (09/21/07 update: now listed on Forbes) and signs his letters Sir Allen Stanford would be spending $100 million to develop cricket in the Caribbean left me wondering why my public relations staff hadn't yet gotten the word out of my own efforts to develop the sport of women's mixed martial arts fighting here in North Carolina.
