Percy Endorses Mitt Romney for President

It should go without saying who I support for president, but I'll say it anyway: Mitt Romney. Mitt founded Bain Capital, one of the most successful private equity firms in history. No candidate, Democrat or Republican, has a track record approaching that of Mitt's. On top of that, my mentor and North Carolina native, Julian Robertson, is on Mitt's New York finance committee. Mr. Robertson's support should be sufficient reason for every North Carolinian to support Romney.
According to Bloomberg, Mitt raised $23 million in the first quarter of 2007, far outpacing any of his Republican rivals. Unfortunately, Bloomberg also reported that Mitt only had 3% support among Republican voters. With this endorsement, you will surely see those numbers rise dramatically.
What do you suppose "Mitt" is short for? Mittens? If so, I will resume voting if it's for a man named Mittens.
"Mitt" is his middle name. I can't say I blame him for using it as his first name is "Willard," the name of a very creepy rat movie.
I suppose you've waited long enough to hear my take on your support for Mitty's run for President. I must confess I'm a little disappointed that you don't see through his disguise to know he's a Lizard Man from Mars. They all are, though.
