Percy Banned From World Hedge Fund Forum

My invitation to participate in the inaugural World Hedge Fund Forum in Greenwich, Connecticut has been rescinded due to my economic development plan, "Connecticut is for Losers."
Some background: The World Hedge Fund Forum is a front for the State of Connecticut and the Connecticut Hedge Fund Association designed to lure hedge fund managers to Greenwich and surrounding areas with claims like this: "Greenwich, as the epicenter of the global hedge fund industry has been selected as the host city for this annual event."
Some more background: a) Connecticut lawmakers are currently considering legislation requiring increased disclosure by hedge funds and b) the current Attorney General of Connecticut, Richard Blumenthal, is a hedge fund regulation fanatic, as this testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee amply demonstrates.
My economic development plan:
- North Carolina legislature rescinds all laws unfriendly to, or having the appearance of unfriendliness to, hedge funds.
- N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper denounces Connecticut Attorney General's pro-regulation stance and challenges him to a debate.
- Greensboro changes its name to Greenwich.
Let's make this new and improved Greenwich the epicenter of the hedge fund industry!
So you got your revenge by sinking the stock market. That'll show 'em!
In order for your next plan to work, make sure you make the "b" in "Greensboro" silent like the "w" in "Greenwich." It takes a little practice at first but I'm sure it'll catch on.
