Percy's Christmas Generosity
Members of my staff appeared at a local blogging "Meetup" to discuss with the principals and legal counsel of four local blogs the terms of a possible refinancing of their debt to PercyWalker.com. In the spirit of Christmas I've agreed to the refinancing.
The blogs run by Sean Coon, Billy the Blogging Poet, Jay Ovittore and PotatoStew were facing a liquidity crunch with the December 31 maturity date of my outstanding loans to them. I've agreed to extend each of their maturity dates by one year in exchange for a mere 500 basis point increase in their interest rates. I've also allowed them to make their monthly interest payments in arrears in exchange for a modest tightening of the language of the default provisions in their loan documents.
Good luck, gentlemen, and have a prosperous New Year!

You are kind and merciful as always, Percy. A pleasure doing business with you.
man, last night those terms sounded sweet. today, i feel as though your staff abused me. i gotta lay off the holiday imbibing.
I'm not much on business, does that mean I'm invited back to your estate again? If it does, great 'cause I'd really like to get back together with a couple of those cute French maids you've got there. (They are French, right?)
Oh, and thanks for the loan, I was really beginning to worry.
Thanks P. Widdy. I appreciate the kindness of these terms. Now my great grand-children's grand-children can be free of my debt.
