Thanksgiving with the Walkers
Like Clint Eastwood and Hugh Hefner, I am a direct descendant of William Bradford, long-time Governor of Plymouth and chief architect of the Mayflower Pact. Ever since I was a little boy I've looked forward to spending my Thanksgivings with Clint and Hugh, as well as the famous descendants of some of the lesser Mayflower Pilgrims — people like John Howland, whose descendants include Alec Baldwin and President Bush.
