The Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Christopher Cox, who was identified on this site as the greatest SEC Chairman of all time, has posted a comment on the blog of Jonathan Schwartz, CEO of Sun Microsystems, Inc. regarding whether the widespread dissemination requirement of Reg. FD can be satisfied through web disclosure.  Of course, if web disclosure satisfies Reg. FD, I will be able to vastly improve the content of this blog.

Also, my legal team is checking to see whether this is the first time the SEC Chairman has made a blog comment in his official capacity.
